Stop Staring at Your Agility Dog

Agility is a beautiful, graceful sport that’s fun to watch. Indeed, I often watch my dog jumping in mid-air instead of positioning myself for the next part of the course. With many dogs, standing still and staring at them while they take an obstacle can be a major handling error. Watch me cause a tunnel refusal with my young dog-in-training in the video below.

Remember, as soon as your dog’s feet have left the ground, you’re free to move, so stop staring at your dog and move on!
