Here’s a great little setup we used to test our dog’s understanding of tunnel discriminations (handled with a threadle cue) and bypassing the tunnel all together. By working all these options in a single session, we ensure that our cues are distinct enough for our dog to understand and test whether or not they truly understand their cues.
Contrasting Sequence #1
- Red #3: Tunnel
- Green #3: Threadle Tunnel
- Blue #3: Bypass command to 270
Contrasting Sequence #2
- Orange #2: Over
- Red #2: Tunnel
- Green #2: Threadle Tunnel
- Blue #2: Bypass command to 270
I don’t think the title of your article matches the content lol. Just kidding, mainly because I had some doubts after reading the article.
